A Castellana

Since 1976 we welcome our guests near the historic medieval Castle of Caccamo (Sicily), a few minutes from Termini Imerese and only 30 minutes from Palermo. More than thirty years have passed and our menu still features dishes that rediscover ancient flavors.

We offer appetizers, first and main courses made with genuine products, and mouth-watering desserts, all accompanied by an excellent selection of Sicilian wines, with labels carefully chosen to suit all tastes. You can also choose from a wide variety of pizzas with quality ingredients, like mozzarella fior di latte, stracciatella, burrata and local meats. Our pizza makers have had success in several national competitions and are the proud inventors of the "Pizzotto" a variation on the pizza.

We have attended AIC courses to be able to serve gluten-free pizzas and dishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes.

Ristorante pizzeria A Castellana is also an Ethno-Anthropological Museum of ancient civilization. On the walls of our restaurant you’ll see many tools and accessories once used by Sicilian peasants many, many years ago. Visit our museum.
