The steer, energy source of this food, is easy to digest, very tender and low fat. It’s a meat rich of "nobles" proteins, amminoacids that help the metabolic control, bring iron and zinc, an important element to sustain the immunitary system. To avoid any waste of his benefits we steam it vacuum-sealed. We add vegetal broth, an important mineral source, made with zucchini, carrots and chard. We finish it with a mix of 5 cereals: rice, corn, oat, durum wheat and barley, the right choice for a boost of energy.
